AMENDED FEE SCHEDULE
Fees - Effective July 1, 2019
As of July 1st, 2019 all civil filing fees have changed per PUBLIC ACT 100-987. Our new fees are listed below. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact our General Division at 309-558-3538.

The information listed below is for your reference and we hope you find it helpful. The information changes periodically as a result of local rule changes, legislative changes and administrative court orders. We will modify this information as soon as possible as changes occur. Fees are payable at the time of filing in civil cases.
